Avenat Mall & Office Tower – Petah Tikva

“Ha Kenion Ha Gadol” (The Grand Mall)

A large-scale expansion project adding a new retail floor and additional parking levels, totaling approximately 33,000 sqm.
The project scope included:

• Addition of a 14,000 sqm retail floor to the mall
• Expansion of the western parking structure (Motah Gur Parking) with 19,000 sqm of new parking space
• Relocation of the building’s energy center to the rooftop
• Structural works including demolition, concrete frameworks, new elevator shafts and stairwells, as well as complex steel construction
• Installation of insulated ceiling and wall cladding elements
• Dismantling and relocation of an existing glass dome, integrated seamlessly into the newly built retail floor
• High-end finishing works using a wide variety of materials and advanced techniques

All works were executed while ensuring the mall’s uninterrupted daily operation, preserving full access to its retail areas and parking facilities throughout construction
